The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook Giveaway
**Giveaway Closed** Congratulations to our winner, Lacey, who said, “I went ahead and blogged and tweeted about this. I adore making simple nut cheeses that are based on macadamia nuts and raw zucchini, plus a little water, lemon juice, garlic, whole grain mustard and s&p. Homemade parma is awesome too.” I’ll be contacting you for your shipping information shortly!
It’s time for another MoFo giveaway! This week, I Eat Trees, with thanks to Book Publishing Company, is giving away a copy of another one of my very favorites, The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook. Everything about this cookbook is fabulous, much the author herself, Jo Stepaniak. Here’s a look at a few of the recipes I’ve made from this book:

Please leave separate comments below for each entry. I use a random number system to select the winner, so if you only commented once with a list, it will only count once. Would it be cheating to say this one? I just want to say how much I love the witty sub-headers (whatever you want to call them) under the banner. I didn’t even notice until yesterday that they change, I had only noticed it say “so stop hugging my dinner!”
Other than this one, Nom! Nom! Nom! blog is a great new addition to my reader through MoFo. I love all the Harry Potter-themed foods.

A new blog I found thanks to MoFo is this one! I hadn’t been up on my vegan blog reading before. But for good measure, I’ll add another that I found: http://veganinbrighton.blogspot.com/
Those recipes look simply scrumptious. As a busy vegan I’m in constant need of inspiration for healthy recipes. Your blog is cracking ace!
My favorite vegan cheese is Follow Your Heart Mozerella
My son cannot have dairy so we are always trying the new cheese alternatives out there. Our favorite is Galaxy Foods Veggie Shreds, the mozzarela flavor is delicious, as is the mixed cheeses one (mozzarela, asiago, and parmesan).
My son also likes daya cheese, but I prefer the galaxy, especially since it has protein in it, and the mixed cheese shreds are awesome in flavor!

But FYH Jack flavour is my favorite for sandwiches. It’s so good.
I’ve also been lusting after this cookbook for ages! I’d love to own it.
My favorite commercial vegan cheese is Daiya. I love it so much that I’m putting on all the weight that I lost after ditching dairy. It’s upped my mac n Cheese & grilled cheese sammich intake dramatically. DOH!
I recently made the pepper crusted cashew goat cheese that I absolutely adore.
Maybe it doesn’t count, but YOU are one of my new favorite blogs I’ve found by subscribing to the veganmofo. When this month is over I plan to continue visiting.
